Day 2


Day 2 almost complete! Another good day. I did struggle a bit with cravings for a few minutes a couple times today. But fought thru and made it! 

Bfast
Steak from last night
2 eggs
Mushrooms

Snack
Grapes

Lunch 
1/2 chicken breast with salsa and tapatio
1/2 avacado

Snack
Almonds 
Raisins 

Dinner 
Butternut squash soup
Salad
Balsamic vinegar dressing 

I didn't get out to exersize, just too crazy of a work day. I will definitely walk at least 30 min tomorrow.
