Day 1



I feel awesome accomplishing a whole day! I haven't been hungry at all. Ate large meals full of veggies and protein.

Mad and Jim are joining the 30 days but pledging to not eat fried foods. Jim is to not eat fast food.

Breakfast
3 eggs
mushrooms
spinach
salsa
apple

Snack
1/2 can tuna
cucumber

Lunch
1/2 chicken breast
green beans

Snack
Iced green tea from Dutch Bros

Dinner
Garden Salad with balsamic vinegar
Tri-Tip steak
cauliflower mash
